It's A.....

GIRL!!!!

We had our big ultrasound today, and we found out that we are going to be adding a girl to our family. Everything looked great. She is a very active one (just like her older brother....) so the dr. was having a hard time measuring/taking pictures. We are very thankful to be having a girl, and that she looked good and healthy so far. Dallin has been telling people he was having a sister ever since we told him there was a baby in my tummy, and he was right!

Table Rock Lake

We spent the past week in Branson, Missouri on Table Rock Lake with all of Jeff's family. We had such a good time and stayed busy the entire time. Jeff spent a lot of the time on the lake skiing, wakeboarding, tubing, and just swimming. He also got in a round of golf, which he won so he was happy. I got to go to the lake with Dallin a couple of times, did lots of shopping, some swimming in the pool, relaxing, and ate lots of Blue Bell Ice cream (my favorite!!) Dallin enjoyed playing with his cousins, playing with the dogs, swimming, tubing, and running all around. We also went to a waterpark one day, which dallin thought was a lot of fun. There is so much to do there, and we really had a blast the whole time. I was horrible about taking pictures, so most of mine are from the boat.

Here is a video of Dallin tubing. I am really horrible at taking videos on the boat. It is too bumpy for me. Plus I zoomed in way to far, so it is really blurry. But at least there is a video.

Dallin's new backyard toy

Dallin got this new sprinkler toy for the backyard. He was pretty scared of it at first, but then he had a lot fun. His favorite thing was to splash daddy.

Future Plumber?

The other night I waited a little too long to change his diaper, so Dallin's diaper was sagging just a little while he was running around with daddy. It was making us laugh. I finally took his diaper off, and he ran over to daddy to pretend to pee on him. He even made the sounds. I know I shouldn't laugh, but I thought it was too funny.

Yesterday Dallin helped daddy mow the lawn. At first he helped push the lawn mower, and then he wanted only daddy to hold him. Isn't he such a good daddy!

Grandpa and Tori came for a visit

My dad and sister came up from Texas to visit us for a week. They got here the day after Dallin's birthday. So we celebrated Dallin's birthday on Saturday with the cake and presents. Dallin loved opening all of his presents. He didn't really pause after each present, but asked for more immediately. He had fun blowing out his candles and eating cake too! Thanks to everyone for Dallin's presents!

We had a lot of fun with Tori and Grandpa. We drove down to St. Louis to go to the Six Flags. Since I can't ride any rides, I hung out with Dallin. We rode a few kid rides, but his favorite was the Carousel with Daddy and Tori. Dallin also loved the wave pool, which I thought was way too cold! He was getting so mad at Daddy for not letting him go so he could swim by himself. Funny kid! We went to the park several times, went to the Peoria Zoo, Dallin and Tori went swimming in his new pool we got him, watched lots of movies, played lots of games, and just had a lot of fun. They didn't really get a break. If Tori moved more than 10 feet away from DAllin, he would start screaming Tori! Tori! Tori! He was a sad boy when they left, but he has done fine with just mom!

Dallin's 2nd Birthday!

Dallin celebrated his second birthday! We started the morning off by going to playgroup, where we went for a walk with all his friends. Here is a picture of Dallin and his friend Caleb running ahead of us :)

When we got home Dallin made some cupcakes!

After his nap, Dallin's friends Caleb and Grant came over to play. They had fun playing with each other and eating cupcakes. He loves getting to play with his friends, and I think they wore out Jeff since he was pushing/pulling them the whole time.
