Exhausted boy!

Dallin has been a really bad sleeper lately. I did notice that he has two molars (and probably the top ones aren't far behind) coming through, so that is probably one of the reasons. Anyways, last night he didn't fall asleep until probably after 10:30 and was up at 4 this morning. I finally got into the shower around 10 this morning, and this is what I found when I got out of the bathroom....

He wasn't feeling very good yesterday, so Dallin and Daddy watched Ice Road truckers for awhile. It is a show about big trucks so Dallin LOVES it. Here he is sitting in his chair with what he picked out to wear for the day including the Santa Hat!

This morning Dallin was obsessed with wearing his backpack. He was so proud of it, and he loved putting his trucks and stuff in it. Soon enough he will be going to school.

Our Sneaky little boy

After I got Dallin out of bed this morning, I had to go to the restroom. I could hear Dallin in the kitchen pushing the chair as fast as he could. When I got into the kitchen, I found Dallin standing next to the brownies trying to eat as much as he could :) I was amazed he could even get the top off of the pan. He is so much like his daddy....they love their brownies. Needless to say the brownies are now on top of the fridge.

Here are some random pictures. Dallin and Jeff washing the truck over the weekend. Dallin had a blast.

Dallin trying to walk around the house with mommy's shoes.

I just love this picture of him with his hat.

Fondulac Farm

For playgroup yesterday, we went to Fondulac Farm. Dallin had fun feeding the animals and running around. His favorite were the big horses, but as you see from the signs he wasn't allowed to feed them because they bite. He didn't know what to think of the small "domestic horses." He liked feeding all the other sheep, goats, and cows. There was also a little park he got to play at for awhile. I guess it was the farm's birthday so they gave out free cake and ice cream to everyone.

He snuck in through the fence to check out the tractor. He just couldn't resist!

Our silly boy!

Dallin is growing up so fast. He talks all the time. We have to watch what we say sometimes because he likes to copy right now. I was sweeping the kitchen the other day, and he walked in clapping and saying "good job mommy! Good job Mommy!" It made me laugh. He finally ate broccoli and peas the other day so I said I was proud of him. Now he tells everyone mommy is proud of him. If you do something he likes he says "i'm proud of you." He loves playing with his trucks and trains. One of his favorite things to do is cook with mommy. He pulls a chair right next to me and "helps." He even made some excellent chocolate chip cookies today. He is such a cute little guy that cracks us up all the time!

Dallin and daddy playing video games together.

Dallin eating his first corn on the cob, which of course he loved.

He made cupcakes the other day, and here he is enjoying them!

He always has to have something with him. Normally it is doggy, jed, max, or lately his froggy. He plays with them all day. They say prayers with us and everything! Hopefully it is a sign he will be a good older brother.

Here is a picture from his nap today. He plays in his bed forever until finally he falls asleep after he is exhausted. He played today for 2 hours until he fell asleep. He is a tummy sleeper, and he is out cold on his back. I'm not going to complain because he stays in his bed and plays by himself. He talks with his animals and plays trucks. Every now and then he will start laughing super hard at his jokes. Funny kid!
