Our First Christmas in Illinois

Since we are leaving on Friday to go out to Utah, we had our Christmas tonight. It even snowed the whole day, so it was kind of like having a white Christmas. Dallin LOVED opening all of his presents. He thought it was so much fun to tear the wrapping paper. Here are lots of pictures. Sorry, I just couldn't pick a few.

Dallin got a sit and spin, a geotrax train, a barn with all the animals, a remote control dinosaur, a remote control car, a football char, a CAT semi truck, books, and lots of other little things.

Dallin and Daddy unwrapping his dinosaur bath toys.
Mommy and Dallin opening some dinosaur magnets. (yes, he is really into dinosaurs right now)
The semi truck was a huge success!
Here is a pile he started to unwrap with mommy.
Dallin did not want to put down the dinosaur. Finally he decided it was easier without Buck (that is the name he chose for his little dinosaur.)
After he opened his chair, he had to open all the rest of his presents while sitting in the sweet football chair.

He even played with his truck in his chair for a little while. Here is a little video of him playing with it.
Then he had to rest for a few minutes. Opening all those presents can be tiring...
Then we had our Christmas dinner. We had roast, mashed potatoes and all that stuff. I even got to use my Christmas plates my mom bought me last year.

Dallin really enjoyed the roast. After he ate all the little pieces I gave him, he took a whole piece off of the plate and started eating it. It was pretty funny. He was one hungry boy, and he LOVES his meat (just like his daddy :)

By the end of the night, he just wanted to chill out in his chair with his blanket.
