More shots...

Today I took Dallin to get 3 more shots. He actually did pretty good considering he got shots. He probably cried in the waiting room more than in the room. He got a shot in both legs and his arm. I had a hard time watching the arm one because they pinched as much fat as they could off his little arm and stuck the needle through the fat. As soon as she finished the last one, he put his head on me and stopped crying. He hasn't complained about them yet. I don't think he needs anymore shots for a little while, so that is good:)

This past weekend, we went to the Apple Blossom Farm. It is a place where you pick your own apples, which we didn't do because I was too hot and we had to get home for the game. But they also have this huge park and animal area. Dallin enjoyed playing there quite a bit. They had an 80 foot slide he thought was pretty cool, and they had one of those huge blow up things to jump on. He laughed the whole time he was in there. Here are some pictures of us playing in the park area.
He loved to walk/crawl through all the tunnels.
Dallin liked to "drive" the truck and then go down the slide. There were a lot of these wooden playgrounds including a train, a plane and a boat.

He really liked to swing by himself in the big boy swings. not that you can tell in this picture, but I thought he looked so cute sitting in the swing.

Here is Dallin jumping. I felt a little dumb being in there, but at least Dallin was safe:)

What a fun park! Steph, i'm totally jealous of you in the bouncy castle! haha. I can't image the arm shot being too fun ... i just about lost it when Seth got his shots last week. I felt like such a pathetic loser mom ... i was more emotional than he was! :) It was good to talk to you the other day ... tag you're it. Give me a call sometime!

Hey its been awhile...i agree with sarah totally jelous of in the bouncy castle!! Funny how he thought it was more fun to just run around and fall than to actually jump :) Some family friends in Lafayette have an 14 year old and a 3 year old...last summer i went with her to get her 2 year shots...she was fine until the last shot. we sang the alphabet song and she didn't notice the first shot, got to "X, Y an-OWWWW". it was good though it took her mind off the shots. Miss ya.
